Greetings in the name of our Lord! Thank you for supporting KingJesus.shop and choosing to wear apparel that glorifies Him.

Every item we sell is made to order — your garment is printed especially for you after you place your order. Because custom-made items cannot be restocked or resold, our policy is as follows.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. This includes returns requested due to incorrect size selection, choosing the wrong design or color, or a change of mind after purchase.

Return window: Not applicable — returns are not accepted.
Return shipping cost: Not applicable — returns are not accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged in transit, has a clear manufacturing defect (such as a hole in the garment or a misprinted design), or you received the wrong item, size, or color from what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you.

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Email edik.94@inbox.ru or text 720-318-2590.
  3. Include your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item (required to process your claim).

Once we verify the issue, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to ship the item back to us. Refunds, when issued, are processed within 3–5 business days of approval.

Sizing

Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering. A helpful tip: lay your favorite tee or sweatshirt flat, measure it, and compare to our chart. We want you comfortable and confident in your new garment — but incorrect size selection is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders go to production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us within 4 hours of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee it once production has begun.
