KingJesus - Our Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you so much for supporting KingJesus and for choosing to wear apparel that glorifies Him. We are blessed to serve you and are committed to providing you with high-quality, faith-inspired clothing.

Our mission is to spread the Gospel, and each item you order helps us do just that. To be good stewards of the resources God has given us, we operate on a made-to-order basis. This means that every single item is created especially for you after your order is placed.

Our Policy on Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is uniquely made for you with the specific design and size you select, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Once an order is created, it cannot be returned for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selection.

  • Choosing the wrong design or color.

  • A change of heart after the purchase.

These custom-made items cannot be restocked or resold to other clients due to their personal nature and specific sizing.

A Very Important Note on Sizing

To ensure you absolutely love the fit of your new KingJesus apparel, please carefully review the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

A helpful tip is to take your favorite t-shirt or sweatshirt from home, lay it flat, and measure it. You can then compare those measurements to our size chart to find your perfect fit. We want you to be comfortable and confident in your new garment!

What If There Is an Issue with My Order?

While we cannot accept returns or exchanges, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with any of the following issues, please contact us immediately:

  • The item is damaged in transit.

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., a hole in the garment, a misprinted design).

  • You received the incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design) from what you ordered.

How to Report an Issue

If your order falls into one of the categories above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Email us at edik.94@inbox.ru or txt at 720-318-2590.

  3. In your email, please include:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. This is required for us to process your request.

Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will work with you to make it right, which may include sending a replacement at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations or Changes

Because our process is automated and items are sent to production quickly, we have a very small window to cancel or change an order. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 2-4 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee it.
